The wood used for the manufacture of the trays is exclusively of French origin. The logs, selected by the sawmill in Saint Sauveur des Landes, in Brittany, are sawn, then processed (drying, edging, gluing on edge) on the sawmill site The metal bases are designed near the sawmill and manufactured in small series, they are readily available in their standard color and may be adapted for any particular request
